William Hopkins joined Stinson LLP as a partner in its health care and insurance practice division in Dallas, the firm announced Nov. 17.
Hopkins advises institutional and individual health care providers through complex regulatory, transactional and litigation matters. His practice spans state licensure and federal certification, regulatory compliance and enforcement in areas including post-acute care, medical staff and credentialing issues, peer review and investigations by regulatory agencies, as well as transactional and litigation needs, the firm said.
He previously was a partner at Spencer Fane, according to his LinkedIn profile.
