Stinson will open a new office in downtown Tampa and has added Marc Weintraub and Stephen Putnoki-Higgins as partners, the firm said Wednesday.
Weintraub represents clients negotiating multi-million dollar investments and loan transactions involving domestic and international parties, and Putnoki-Higgins focuses on tax, estate planning, business planning, and estate administration for individuals and their families, according to Stinson.
They will join Todd Phelps, who has been splitting his time between Minnesota and Florida, Stinson said.
