Yan Yuan joined Sterlington as a partner in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Yuan advises private equity firms as well as public and private companies on complex merger and acquisition transactions, venture and growth capital investments, joint ventures, and buyouts across industries, including technology, media, and telecommunications, health care, and semiconductor manufacturing, the firm said.
He joins from Ashurst. Jing Zhang also joined as associate.
