Steptoe Recruits Team to Energy, Transaction Practices in NY, DC

Tim Moran and Phil Corsello have joined Steptoe LLP as partners with senior counsel Joe Tato and counsels Charlie Carroll and Brad McCormick in New York and Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Moran works on project development and financial matters related to renewable energy, thermal energy, power infrastructure, and midstream oil and gas projects, according to Steptoe.

Corsello deals with financing transactions, representing agents, arrangers, institutional investors, and banks as well as sponsors, developers, private equity, infrastructure fund, and tax equity in the energy sector, Steptoe said.
