Stephen Aschettino has joined Steptoe as a partner in New York, the law firm announced Thursday.
Aschettino’s arrival grows the firm’s financial services and blockchain and cryptocurrency practices, according to Steptoe.
He has experience with product development, negotiating sponsorship and processing agreements, structuring intercompany transactions, regulatory analysis, and dispute resolution, said the firm.
