Kevin Garvey joined Steptoe as a partner in its international trade and regulatory compliance practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
He joins from the US Chamber of Commerce, where he served as associate general counsel and assistant secretary. Previously, he was associate counsel to the president during Donald Trump’s first administration and later chief of staff to US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer.
