Claire Rajan joined Steptoe as a partner in its investigations and white-collar defense and government affairs and public policy practices in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Rajan works with litigation, federal and state government investigations, internal investigations, transactional due diligence, and compliance risk assessments, the firm said. She represents clients across the technology, media, energy and infrastructure, financial services, life sciences, real estate, and consumer goods sectors.
She joins from A&O Shearman.
