Steptoe Names Sandra M. Hanna Head of SEC Enforcement Practice

Sandra M. Hanna has joined Steptoe as head of the SEC enforcement practice, based in Washington, D.C., and New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Hanna represents public companies, regulated entities, auditor firms, and senior executives in regulatory enforcement matters before the SEC, DOJ, PCAOB, FINRA, in addition to other law enforcement agencies, according to Steptoe.

She also has experience leading SEC and DOJ appointed independent corporate monitor teams in securities and FCPA matters, said the firm.
