Michael Boucher has joined Steptoe & Johnson as a partner with the chemical and life sciences practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Boucher will focus on environmental regulation and federal and state chemical regulation, compliance, and enforcement as well as federal and state pesticide regulation, compliance, and enforcement, according to Steptoe & Johnson.
He has represented companies in EPA and state agency inspections and related enforcement actions, Steptoe & Johnson said.
