Steptoe & Johnson Adds Adams to White Collar Defense Practice

Andrew C. Adams has joined Steptoe & Johnson in the investigations and white collar defense practice in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Adams is the former acting deputy assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s national security division, according to Steptoe.

While serving at the DOJ, he oversaw efforts tied to economic sanctions, export controls, and foreign malign influence, said Steptoe.
