Allison Jones joined Steptoe LLP as a partner in its transactions practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Wednesday.
Jones advises Fortune 500 companies, REITs, and global developers on complex real estate development, land use, energy, and infrastructure projects across the United States. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of complex land and infrastructure projects, including site selection, due diligence, zoning and entitlements, governmental approvals, and transactional matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, the firm said.
She previously practiced at Dickinson Wright.
