John Stavinoha joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its M&A and private equity practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Stavinoha advises on midstream and upstream oil and gas transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and project development. He structures and counsels clients on complex commercial agreements, including gas, crude, and NGL gathering, transportation, processing, and storage agreements, the firm said.
He joins from Bracewell.
