Star Washington Lawyer Bob Luskin To Join Paul Hastings

Robert Luskin, a top white collar defense attorney at Squire Patton Boggs who has advised politicians like New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove, is expected to join Paul Hastings, sources told Big Law Business.

Luskin had talked with Paul Hastings in 2014 when his ailing law and lobbying firm Patton Boggs engaged in merger talks with Squire Sanders, but he ultimately decided to stay. He told National Law Journal at the time that his decision was a “f--ing no brainer.”
