John Woodruff joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its tax practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Woodruff focuses on corporate tax, energy and oil issues, international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. He represents multi-national clients in energy, fintech, real estate, food and beverage, manufacturing, and services, the firm said.
He joins from Polsinelli.
