Ranajoy Basu joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its financial services practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Basu focuses on all types of structured finance arrangements and is a pioneer in impact investment and cross-border social impact finance structures, sustainable procurement, and supply chain finance. He advises clients from global financial institutions, funds, and non-bank lenders to private equity firms and corporates on complex structured finance transactions in multiple jurisdictions, the firm said.
He joins from McDermott Will & Emery.
