Jonathan Brohard rejoined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its real estate practice group in Phoenix, the firm announced Monday.
Brohard joins from Lat33 Capital, a specialty real estate finance company, where he was chief operating officer and general counsel, the firm said. He oversaw all real estate lending and transactions, securities compliance and reporting, human resources, preferred equity reporting, and litigation management for the company.
