Squire Patton Boggs Recruits Jon Daryanani as Labor Partner

Jon Daryanani joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its global labor and employment practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Daryanani advises Fortune 100 companies, national and international brands, venture capital, and private firms on a employment law matters. He leads on complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and trade secret litigation, and provides planning on employment and severance agreements, workforce reductions, and implementation of wage and commission structures, the firm said.
