Squire Patton Boggs Opens Amsterdam Office With Sombezki, Baouch

Squire Patton Boggs is opening an office in Amsterdam, the law firm announced Wednesday.

Jeroen Sombezki, who was previously a corporate partner at Van Doorne, will serve as managing partner of the office. He advises on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures.

Selma Baouch, who will join from Taylor Wessing, will work alongside Sombezki. She works on transactions in the health, technology, and life science sectors.

The firm expects to open the office in the fall, it said.
