Paolo Zamberletti has joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in the corporate practice group in Milan, the firm said Thursday.
Zamberletti has experience in M&A, joint venture, and other commercial transactions, and he focuses on the Italian energy sector, according to Squire Patton Boggs.
He joins from K&L Gates.
