Heather Rees joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its financial services practice group, with a primary focus in the UK and the US, the firm announced Monday.
Rees represents indenture trustees, facility and loan agents and collateral agents based in the US and the UK. She advises on cross-border financing transactions including private equity sponsor-led financings, high yield debt, leveraged buyouts, syndicated lending transactions, bridge facilities, and investment grade bonds, as well as project finance and general banking, the firm said.
She joins from K&L Gates.
