Joywin Mathew joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its financial services practice group in Dubai, the firm announced Friday.
Mathew works with structured finance, debt capital markets, fund finance, and sustainable finance, the firm said. He advises investment funds, private credit funds, sovereign governments, multinational corporates, financial institutions, and other alternative credit providers, on a wide range of public and private international debt transactions.
He joins from DLA Piper.
