Philip Prowse and Jameel Tarmohamed joined Squire Patton Boggs as partners in its financial services practice group in London, the firm announced Monday.
Prowse covers the financing of international supply of energy and commodities, with emphasis on finance, security, and transactional documents. He acts for traders, banks, financial institutions, suppliers, sellers, and purchasers, the firm said.
Tarmohamed acts for banks, corporates, traders, and investors on structured trade and commodity financings. He advises on digital trade and has experience representing commodities clients in carbon credit transactions, the firm said.
They join from Stephenson Harwood. Andrew Green joined as associate.
