Naveen Pogula has joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner with the global corporate practice in Atlanta, the firm said Wednesday.
Pogula works with buyers, sellers, and investors on structuring and executing mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other business combination transactions, according to Squire Patton Boggs.
He served as a partner in the corporate transactions and securities practice and as a member of the securities, capital markets, and corporate governance team at Thompson Hine.
