Victoria Jew and Charlotte Higham joined Squire Patton Boggs as partners in Manchester, the firm announced Monday.

Jew advises international and UK corporates, financial institutions, management teams, and entrepreneurs on high value and complex domestic and international transactions, the firm said. She joins from Pinsent Masons.

Higham advises on high value, complex construction developments, with a focus on student accommodations and the wider living space, and the office, life sciences, and logistics sectors, the firm said. She also acts in construction disputes, both for claimant and defendant clients. She joins from Addleshaw Goddard.
