Squire Patton Boggs Adds Partner Chris Hastings to London Office

Chris Hastings has joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in the financial services practice group in London, the firm said Wednesday.

Hastings joins from Eversheds Sutherland. His experience includes domestic and international transactions as it relates to M&A activity, leveraged buyouts, refinancing, and distressed or opportunistic investments, according to Squire Patton Boggs.

His clients include private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, and private credit funds, said the firm.
