Squire Patton Boggs Adds Marc Rawls as Corporate Practice Lead

Marc Rawls joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner and deputy corporate practice group leader in Atlanta, the firm announced Wednesday.

Rawls focuses his practice on acquisitions, restructuring transactions, joint ventures, and securities offerings for both private and public companies. He handles mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce, corporate compliance, and private equity matters, and counsels clients on corporate governance, the firm said.

He joins from Eversheds Sutherland.
