Delia Deschaine has joined Squire Patton Boggs’ global corporate practice as partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Deschaine advises pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on Food and Drug Administration and Drug Enforcement Administration regulatory matters, transactional matters, and in related government investigations.
She joins from Epstein Becker & Green, according to the announcement.
