Nicoleta Timofti joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its international dispute resolution practice in Geneva, the firm announced Monday.
Timofti’s practice includes white collar criminal defense, international corruption, internal investigations, asset recovery, including asset tracing, as well as complex commercial cross-border litigation, the firm said. She advises private clients, current and former government officials, multinational corporations, international financial institutions, and sovereigns.
She joins from Curtis Mallet-Prevost.
