Squire Patton Boggs Adds Gogna, Singh as Financial Partners

Monica Gogna and Ayesha Corrine Singh joined Squire Patton Boggs as partners in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Gogna will serve as global head of the firm’s financial regulation practice. She focuses on advising global financial services firms, with a focus on asset management, funds, and digital assets, the firm said.

Singh’s practice focuses on cross-border regulatory compliance, fund structures, and cross-border financial advisory. She specialises in UK and EU financial services regulations, including FSMA, MiFID II, SFDR, AIFMD, and ESG compliance.
