Cassandra Borchers joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its global financial services practice group in Cincinnati, the firm announced Wednesday.
Borchers focuses her practice on fund formation, covering real estate, private equity, debt, hedge and venture capital funds, and related regulatory and compliance matters. She advises on federal and state securities law issues, cryptocurrencies and blockchain matters, corporate representation and governance, and counseling private funds and registered mutual funds, the firm said.
She joins from Thompson Hine.
