Ben Morgan joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its global corporate practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Morgan’s practice encompasses all aspects of UK equity capital markets legal work, the firm said. He advises on London Stock Exchange IPOs, market introductions and secondary offerings, as well as on block trades and public mergers and acquisitions transactions. He advises both issuers and underwriters.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
