Squire Patton Boggs advised ECI Partners on its investment in CSL, an international critical communications service provider for the fire, security, and telehealth sectors, the London-headquartered private equity firm said.
CSL said it services more than one million machine-to-machine and internet of things devices. The company also monitors four billion events through its platforms each month across the U.K. Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, and Ireland.
Cooley, which advised CSL, called the investment “significant” but didn’t disclose the terms. The investment will support CSL to further enhance its customer offerings, drive product innovation, and ensure high-quality service levels, Cooley said.
