Spencer Fane Grows Via Houston Partners Garnett, Neuer, Perkins

Joseph Garnett, Raymond Neuer, and R. Edward Perkins have joined Spencer Fane’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group as partners in the firm’s Houston office, the firm said Thursday.

Garnett defends clients in business fraud allegations; commercial litigation; professional, premises and products liability cases; personal injury suits; and property damage, according to the firm.

Neuer represents manufacturers, distributors, premises owners and contractors, third-party switching companies, and track maintenance companies in claims that include catastrophic injury and death, claims made under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act, and commercial matters, the firm said.
