Josh Hedrick and Kevin Corcoran have joined Spencer Fane as partners with the litigation and dispute resolution practice in Texas, the firm said Monday.
Hedrick, who will join the Dallas office, works on commercial disputes. He has experience with bankruptcy and insolvency-related litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary relationship disputes, contract disputes, and disputes between commercial lenders and commercial borrowers, according to Spencer Fane.
Corcoran deals with disputes and catastrophic claims in the technology, oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, transportation, and media and entertainment industries, Spencer Fane said. He will be joined in the Houston office by Rebecca Gibson as a counsel.
The team formerly practiced with a boutique litigation firm co-founded by Hedrick and where Corcoran served as co-managing partner in Houston.
