SpaceX Succeeds in Quest to Keep Labor Board Lawsuit in Texas

SpaceX has escaped a Texas federal judge’s order that would have sent one of the company’s two constitutional lawsuits against the National Labor Relations Board to California.

It took Elon Musk’s aerospace company three tries, but it finally convinced the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Friday to quash the judge’s February order. The circuit court did so in an unsigned, unpublished order that included no legal reasoning.
