“Viasat has previously refuted SpaceX’s baseless claims at length,” Jessica Packard, a Viasat spokeswoman, said in an email. “There is nothing new here.”
Earlier, SpaceX in a filing said Viasat improperly uses airwaves meant for low-Earth orbit satellites for signals from high-orbit satellites, and asked the Federal Communications Commission to deny the deal.
