Southwest Airlines plans to appeal a court order requiring three of the company’s lawyers to undergo religious liberty training from Alliance Defending Freedom, a leading Christian conservative group.
Texas federal Judge Brantley Starr handed down the penalty Monday after finding that Southwest had failed to comply with a court order in a lawsuit by a flight attendant fired over anti-abortion social media posts.
