Solomon Backs Goldman’s Top Lawyer After Epstein Emails Released

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer David Solomon lent his support to the bank’s general counsel after the release of emails showing her close relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

“She’s an excellent lawyer, and the organization relies on her guidance every single day,” Solomon said in an interview with CNBC Wednesday, when asked if he expected further fallout from the details of Kathy Ruemmler’s relationship with Epstein.
