Snell & Wilmer’s Denver Office Adds Corporate, Litigation Pair

Aubyn Krulish and Bill Ojile have joined Snell & Wilmer’s Denver office as partners, the firm said Friday.

Krulish is a partner in Snell’s corporate and securities practice group, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions but works with clients through all periods of a company’s lifecycle, according to the firm.

Ojile, a partner in the firm’s special litigation and compliance practice group, has tried many cases in federal and state courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies, dealing with issues in the higher education, telecommunications and insurance broker fields, the firm said.
