Jason Gersting has joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in Orange County, California, the firm said Tuesday.
Gersting focuses his practice on strategic management of IP portfolios within the life science, biotech and medtech sectors, according to the firm.
He advises clients in tech fields that include cell therapy, immune management therapy, gene therapy, regenerative medicine, biotech, clean tech, and medical devices, the firm said.
He joins from Knobbe Martens.
