Marty Walsh has joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in Denver, the firm said Wednesday.
Walsh advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, technology and emerging companies, and provides corporate counsel to ownership, boards, and senior management, according to Snell & Wilmer.
He previously served as a partner at Armstrong Teasdale.
