Roger Rappoport joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in the corporate and securities practice group, the firm announced Monday.
Rappoport’s practice focuses on venture capital and angel investor financings, including convertible notes, SAFEs, and other debt financings, according to Snell & Wilmer.
He serves an array of industries, including software, artificial intelligence, robotics, internet, renewable energy, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals, the firm said.
He joins from Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves, & Savitch.
