Thomas Speiss joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in its intellectual property group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Sept. 3.
Speiss’ practice focuses on trademark branding and advertising, licensing, and executing counterfeiting investigations in collaboration with federal and state law enforcement agencies, the firm said.
He also joins as a member of the firm’s hospitality and sports and entertainment practice groups.
