Christopher Tinen joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group in San Diego, the firm announced Monday.
Tinen counsels public and private companies on capital markets and corporate transactions, including IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, follow-on offerings, up-listings, cross-border dual listings, and PIPE transactions, as well as Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, corporate governance, and private securities offerings for both emerging and established businesses, the firm said.
He joins from Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch.
