Edward Christian joined Smith, Gambrell & Russell as a partner in its corporate practice and member of its global transport group in New York and Atlanta, the firm announced Wednesday.
Christian advises lenders, borrowers, investment funds, and portfolio companies in fund formation, portfolio management, complex financings, mergers and acqusitions, bankruptcy, and corporate restructuring, the firm said.
He joins from Eversheds Sutherland.
