Sam Mitchell joined Smith, Gambrell & Russell as a partner in its litigation practice in Chicago, the firm announced March 12.
Mitchell represents clients in commercial disputes, employment litigation, and appeals, and advises companies on governance and risk management challenges associated with artificial intelligence. His practice includes matters involving business torts, breach of contract, class and collective actions, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant violations, and executive and workplace disputes, the firm said.
He joins from Husch Blackwell.
