Skadden Takes on Palo Alto Capital Markets Partner Brian Paulson

Brian Paulson will join Skadden as a capital markets partner in its Palo Alto, Calif., office, the firm said Thursday.

Paulson advises companies, investment banks, and other financial institutions on initial public offerings and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, according to Skadden.

He also provides counsel on corporate governance issues, public company disclosures and securities filings, and compliance law, said the firm.
