Matthias Schudlo joined Skadden as a partner in its financial sponsor practice in Frankfurt, the firm announced Thursday.
Schudlo focuses on private equity transactions, other complex cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture, the firm said.
He advises on large-cap and mid-cap deals, in particular financial sponsor-led auctions and other transactions, representing financial sponsors on both the sell-side and buy-side, the firm said.
