Mark R.S. Foster has rejoined Skadden as a partner in the litigation group in Palo Alto, Calif., the law firm said Wednesday.
Foster represents public companies in securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, shareholder demands, and related investigations, according to Skadden. He has represented Yahoo Inc., Clorox Co., and Banc of California, among other clients.
Foster joins from Morrison & Foerster, where he served as the co-chair of the securities litigation, enforcement, and white collar defense group. He began his career as a Skadden associate.
