Skadden Hires Matthew Regan as Litigation Partner in Chicago

Matthew Regan joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as a litigation partner in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.

Regan’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts, including antitrust and trade regulation, accountant and auditor malpractice, class actions, product liability, software consulting, fraud, breach of contract, and other complex commercial disputes, the firm said.
